* Norimaki-kun = the Big, Bad Wolf
* Akane-chan = mother, grandmother (they do not appear in the same scene together, plus Akane-chan has already proved she can play an elderly woman to the tee); also narrator and director
* Taro-chan = father, hunter

That said, Pīsuke-kun was SOOOOOOOOO CUUUUUTE as a Wee Bad Wolf Cub
